Carl Santos

Having served decades in ministry, Carl is currently the Senior Pastor of Redeemer Church in Niagara Falls, Ontario. He is a doctoral candidate at Tyndale Seminary, and contributing writer for the Gospel Coalition Canada. He is currently working on a piece about the Book of Judges.

Carl currently lives in Niagara falls with his wife Sara. Together they have six kids.

Jason Persaud

With over 20 years of pastoral ministry experience, Jason is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of a ministry that hosts conversations about cultural issues that matter to the next generation. He also serves churches through consulting, leadership training, and preaching.

Jason and his wife Kerri have two children and currently live in Brampton, Ontario.

Dr. Timothy Tang

Timothy Tang has been a pastor at the East Toronto Chinese Baptist Church since 2001 and has served as the Director of the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries Centre for the past four years. Though Tim originally planned a career in healthcare, God called him to pastoral ministry during a mission trip to Asia, after which he finished his M.Div. in Youth and Family Ministry.

As the son of international students, Tim is excited to leverage his family’s lived experience into a tool that builds ethno-cultural inclusion in churches. Tim lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.
