I wasn't sure how God would use me. But I think it’s just coming to a place of surrender and opening your heart to it and just being like, “well, I'm here. So, let's do something.”

God doesn't need to use any of us. He can use someone else. If you say no, He'll have someone else. But I think that in that moment, I felt like God wanted to use me and I said, “okay.”

God’s going to give you these opportunities anytime, and they're going to come at you. And you have to be ready to say yes.

That was my first ‘Here I Am’ moment—allowing God to use me in a different country [on a GO Trip].

“My most recent moment was actually on a GO trip to Chile. As I got to the end of what I was saying, I didn't really want to go to that next point, asking people whether they wanted to make a commitment to Christ. But at that very moment, the [school] head spoke up and he said, “go on, ask them.”

“It's only the fact that God has called you that will keep you going at times.”

“[God] has led me to various things and missions, but most of all, He has led me together with Himself. And as a result, when I gave my promise to Him saying, “here I am, send me,” then He did just that.”

“The spirit of the Lord really touched me, saying, ‘I've given you all these blessings. Now it's time for you to proclaim My goodness to people so they can experience what you’ve experienced.’”
